Resonance Ensemble kicks off the season with this raucous, one-of-a-kind fundraising event that turns the traditional concert experience on its head. Inspired by the popular Miscast format, this boozy, brunchy musical fun-fest invites Resonance artists to step outside their usual musical lanes and take on songs you’d never expect to hear them sing.

Expect unexpected pairings, musical plot twists, questionable decisions, and plenty of opportunities to see some of Portland’s finest singers in a whole new light. With pianist Claire Forstman and hosted by Portland icon Poison Waters, Brunch & Bad Choices is playful, unpredictable, and very much not your grandmother’s choral concert.

Come hungry. Come thirsty. Come ready to laugh, cheer, and see what happens when Resonance singers make some very questionable musical choices.
